About the role
- Junior Analyst onboarding partner schools and ensuring engagement with the educational platform. Collaborating with product and engineering teams at SOMOS Educação.
Responsibilities
- Guide partner schools through the onboarding process and ensure engagement with our educational platform through in-person and remote trainings;
- Support pedagogical advisors in driving platform engagement at schools;
- Maintain deep knowledge of the product and its developments, as well as the specificities for each Business Unit;
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to report improvements, identify bugs, and ensure the continuous evolution of solutions;
- Play an active role in engaging and supporting the advisory teams (training, weekly meetings, and creation of materials);
- Provide reactive support to advisory teams' requests for case resolution and escalation via group channels (Teams and WhatsApp);
- Conduct trainings and Q&A sessions, both remote and in-person, for schools;
- Conduct on-site visits to schools at risk of churn and to support engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in Educational Technology;
- Experience delivering trainings and providing support within the educational sector;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Strong command of digital ecosystems and ease navigating new interfaces and tools;
- Analytical ability to manage conflicts, solve complex problems, and handle critical inquiries;
- Availability to travel across Brazil;
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Pedagogy, Educational Management, Educational Technology, or related fields;
- Experience with digital platforms and ease adapting to new interfaces and tools;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of urgency;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong didactic ability for conducting trainings;
