About the role
- Visual Merchandising Analyst at Fábula responsible for supporting VM strategies and enhancing store layouts for better customer experiences. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines in Fábula stores in accordance with campaigns, launches and the commercial calendar.
- Assist in organizing and standardizing window displays, in-store displays and overall store ambiance for Fábula stores.
- Ensure correct product presentation, respecting categories, collections, storytelling and customer flow.
- Support the setup and takedown of seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct store visits to monitor VM execution, perform maintenance and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and store layout.
- Monitor and respond to store requests related to VM and visual communication via email, app and other channels.
- Assist in the control, organization and maintenance of Visual Merchandising materials held in the brand's inventory (displays, posters, signage, etc.).
- Manage check-in and check-out of VM items and keep the department stock organized.
- Support the coordination of in-store installations and services with external suppliers.
- Provide assistance with store refurbishments and maintenance of visual communication materials.
- Help facilitate communication between VM, Marketing, Commercial and Store teams to ensure alignment of activities.
- Record feedback and point-of-sale information (including photos) for follow-up and analysis.
- Assist in organizing the showroom, conventions and other internal events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Fashion, Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Interest in or initial experience with Visual Merchandising, Retail or Store Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Availability to visit stores
- Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience with VM in fashion retail
- Knowledge of store staging, product presentation or retail set design
- Familiarity with presentation and visual organization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and Excel
