Responsibilities
Develop and produce product marketing materials, including:
Product videos and tutorials.
Catalogs and website product descriptions.
Demo screens and interactive materials for sales demonstrations.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Development, and Sales teams to ensure content is accurate and aligned with market needs and pain points.
Translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Ensure all content aligns with SoftExpert's brand guidelines and positioning.
Stay up to date on market trends and customer needs to create relevant and impactful content.
Support the creation of sales enablement tools to help the sales team present our solutions effectively.
Bring creativity and new ideas to develop innovative and engaging materials.
Collaborate on the creation of case studies, eBooks, landing pages, and other technical materials to strengthen SoftExpert's authority in the market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Technical experience in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and life sciences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Basic Spanish.
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical knowledge of the SoftExpert Suite.
Experience with enterprise management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
Experience in marketing, product, or sales roles.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to create engaging demo screens and interactive content.
