Responsibilities
- Define, deploy and evolve the Group Manufacturing Quality frameworks across all industrial sites.
- Manage, lead and develop the Group Manufacturing Quality team.
- Provide functional leadership to Plant Quality Managers and Supply Chain Quality Managers.
- Support plant quality teams during major industrial process changes.
- Ensure coordination between plants and the supply chain.
- Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement and quality innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5), engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialization in quality or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in manufacturing quality (minimum 10 years) in a multi-site industrial environment.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) given the international scope of the role.
- Experience within an international group coordinating cross-functional/transverse projects.
- Knowledge of an industrial ERP with experience as a Key User.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics environments.
- Cross-functional leadership to unite multicultural teams around common standards.
- Rigour and strong analytical skills to ensure the robustness and reliability of industrial processes.
- Ability to influence and uphold quality positions to safeguard industrial objectives.
