Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on central battery inverters and battery system components; support commissioning when required and occasionally take on shift duties in the control room.
Partner Coordination – Manage external service providers during maintenance activities, verify the quality of their work, and, when necessary, carry out corrective interventions independently on-site at customer locations.
Problem Solving & Escalation – Escalate newly occurring technical issues in a structured manner through defined processes to enable rapid resolution and contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
Health & Safety – Consistently apply all safety and work procedures and actively ensure safe conditions during all on-site activities.
Documentation & Reporting – Fully document relevant incidents, technical findings, and work steps, and produce regular reports for Service Coordination and Technical Asset Management.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in an electrical/electrotechnical field.
Knowledge of PV and BESS technologies, IT networks, and medium-voltage systems.
Very good command of German and English and strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license.
Customer-oriented, self-organized working style; entrepreneurial mindset; high commitment and flexibility with regard to working hours.
