About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for site supervision and management of construction projects
- Implementation and application of Lean management principles on site
- Optimization of processes, workflows and resources to increase efficiency
- Coordination of subcontractors and on-site personnel
- Monitoring of quality, schedules and costs
- Conducting site meetings and regular reporting to project management
- Training and motivating staff in Lean methodologies
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification (technician/master in construction)
- Several years of experience in site management, ideally with Lean management or process improvement experience
- Solid knowledge of project planning, construction management and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- Confident use of MS Office, project management and Lean tools
- Valid Class B driving licence (car)
