Responsibilities
Own and proactively manage complex, dynamic calendars for the CEO and CTO: scheduling, resolving conflicts, and protecting time for deep work
Coordinate all domestic and international travel: flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed itineraries
Serve as the communication hub between the CEO, CTO, and the broader team: tracking action items, driving follow-through, and ensuring nothing slips
Conduct research to inform executive decisions: vendors, markets, customers, events, and more
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up summaries
Manage vendor relationships, office operations, and ad hoc logistics (swag, catering, facilities, events)
Support investor relations, customer visit coordination, and external-facing events
Take on special projects that improve how Sift operates: no task is too big or too small
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar operational support role, ideally at a startup
