Responsibilities
Lead endomarketing (internal marketing) campaigns and institutional, brand and Fundação Sicredi content, responsible for briefing and debriefing, aligning expectations with stakeholders, and overseeing execution by the partner agency;
Develop solutions that support the execution of internal marketing and internal communications for central offices and cooperatives;
Support the implementation and maintenance of new endomarketing workflows and processes by ideating, prototyping and proposing improvements;
Monitor and analyze data, contributing to the development of action plans;
Experience in Internal Communications and endomarketing;
Experience in Corporate Communications at medium and/or large companies is desirable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in the same or similar disciplines is preferred;
Analytical profile, familiar with digital metrics analysis;
Structured and organized approach;
Creative mindset, focused on innovation and a testing culture;
Clear and objective communication;
Excellent interpersonal skills.
