Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business area you are embedded in, identifying implementable opportunities;
Describe business requirements using user stories;
Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder mapping for change initiatives;
Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, engagement and training;
Lead cross-functional alignment meetings, serving as a link between the business, technology and other internal areas;
Support the identification, mapping and control of risks and define mitigation strategies;
Understand and participate in the refinement of product/project initiatives;
Ensure that deliveries are aligned with strategic objectives and established timelines;
Produce management reports and executive materials to monitor initiatives;
Know and apply roadmap development techniques and assist in prioritization;
Have experience managing projects with multiple vendors;
Have experience with agile software development methodologies;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
Experience in Project Management, data analysis and KPIs/metrics;
Familiarity with data (data concepts/analytics)
