Responsibilities
- Evolve and promote a Product culture, strengthening the Business, Technology and Experience pillars through experimentation, risk assessment, data-driven approaches, collaboration, etc.
- Build and consolidate the way products are developed at the company, together with all members of Sicredi's Product community, aligned with systemic strategy and aspects related to strategic objectives and segmentation/brand.
- Be responsible for supporting the rollout of Strategic OKRs across Product teams.
- Improve alignment, communication and processes around the company's Product strategy.
- Evolve the Stakeholder Management process, supporting Product verticals in connecting with and understanding the needs of Sicredi's Central Offices and Cooperatives.
- Create artifacts that help product vertical leaders to materialize their Product Strategy and Product Vision.
- Engage and build a strong Product community at Sicredi.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among members of the Product community.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and other initiatives that strengthen the Product culture.
- Ensure effective communication and a collaborative approach.
- Create an environment where best practices are shared and innovation is encouraged.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the company's strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Solid experience working in product teams, whether as a Product Manager, Group Product Manager or Product Operations Manager.
- Education: Postgraduate degree in business administration, technology or related fields.
- Certifications in Product Management and/or Business Agility.
- Be a reference in product and feature development through clear and structured processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with all related areas: strategy, agility, portfolio, processes, engineering, research and design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms and adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to present to senior audiences, such as the Board of the Sicredi Administrative Center and Cooperative leadership.
- Ability to engage product people and connected disciplines to support decision-making and drive the evolution of topics.
- Data-driven profile: decision-making based on deep data analysis.
- Hands-on, get-things-done attitude: while acting as consultants to Product teams, we need team members who are engaged and willing to work alongside them.
- Comfortable working in complex environments that require a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to solve complex problems with simple and innovative solutions.
- Strong organization of ideas and clarity of communication will be an advantage.
