Responsibilities
- Support analyses, studies and proposals that strengthen business results;
- Engage with central offices and cooperatives to present opportunities, contributing to strategic actions aimed at corporate (PJ) clients;
- Assist the team with studies to understand behaviors and continuously evaluate the journeys of corporate members and corporate managers;
- Support governance and liaison with teams that work on corporate solutions, contributing to the development of integrated solutions;
- Monitor and participate in the execution of projects and initiatives in the corporate portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed deadlines and company objectives;
- Contribute to the development of business strategies focused on growing the corporate portfolio, increasing primary relationships, and generating value for members;
- Support the identification and proposal of improvements in the distribution of products and services, aiming for greater efficiency and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or specializations in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to extract and work with data using SQL and Excel;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Business Process Management (BPM);
- SQL, Excel and Power BI;
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
- Knowledge of Product Management;
- Storytelling and PowerPoint.
