About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the accredited network, ensuring quality and contract compliance;
- Track performance indicators (response time, satisfaction, costs);
- Conduct audits and process analyses to identify improvements;
- Serve as the operational point of contact between accredited providers and the company, resolving operational requests;
- Produce management reports and support strategic decision-making;
- Participate in projects to expand and qualify the accredited network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields;
- Operational process management: monitoring accredited network flows (clinics, hospitals, suppliers);
- Data analysis tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL for reports and KPIs;
- Corporate systems: ERP, CRM and provider management platforms;
- Rules and regulations: knowledge of compliance, contracts and internal policies;
- Quality management: monitoring service standards and SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
- Previous experience managing an accredited network (healthcare, insurance, employee benefits);
- Experience in negotiation and supplier relationship management;
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma);
- Experience in process audits and compliance analysis.
