Responsibilities
Lead and grow Talent Management capability including Performance Management, Succession Planning and Internal Mobility.
Identify opportunities, address gaps and implement tactics that align with Shipt's business goals.
Assess interdependencies and collision points and recommend sequencing of work to accelerate progress.
Serve as an influential partner to all levels of the organization including C-Suite leadership.
Deliver complex, large-scale Human Resources and Talent Management programs from initiation through delivery.
Develop reporting with the right partners to build infrastructure for monitoring and assessing program effectiveness.
Independently manage project plans, strategies, and execution of Talent Management programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Review industry trends and external benchmarking to proactively identify and recommend continuous improvements related to program ownership.
Act as a peer mentor on the People Operations team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience leading high scope projects and working with cross-functional teams.
3+ years of experience working within a Human Resources and/or Talent Management function
Comfortable with taking risks, challenging the status quo and working under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
Experience navigating through complex problems, analyze processes, synthesize data and results and drive toward solutions
Excellent ability to problem solve and present solution oriented plans
Capable of owning the business for which responsible and providing appropriate updates, plans and gaining input from critical stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Competent in project management; has the ability to manage many priorities and tight deadlines.
