Responsibilities
Supports the Operations Team through project management, KPI tracking, and assessment of potential risks.
Responsible for presentation development for various audiences as directed from Operations Leadership.
Leads the Operations Team project status meetings and reporting cadence.
Documents Operations Team Project Establishment Briefs as required for Transformation Office approval.
Manages the Quarterly Operations Integration and Operations call schedule.
Develops executive level presentations and project updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
Supports the Sr. Director, Integration with management of the Operating Committee.
Communicates and executes integration plans ensuring efficient merging of operational functions, processes, and systems.
Identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements during integration.
Executes change management strategies to minimize disruptions.
Communicates with department leaders and project managers for smooth integration.
Manages a cross-functional calendar of upcoming initiatives for Operators.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Certificate preferred
3-5 years of experience
2-4 years Supervisory Experience
Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.
