Product Marketer driving growth for a food tech company embedded in the operating rhythm of the business. Collaborating on brand performance and retention strategies while leading product launches.
Responsibilities
This is a Product Marketing role, but not the kind where you write briefs and hand them off.
You’ll be embedded in the operating rhythm of the business, understanding the consumer, using a creative eye to build their experience, run weekly sprints and own the commercial outcome.
You’ll sit across two pods: Brand Performance Pod and Retention Pod.
You’ll also lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new brand launches.
Requirements
Degree from a top-tier university
3–5 years in a product marketing, brand, or consumer insight role – ideally in a startup, QSR, FMCG, or a marketplace/platform business.
You’ve shipped things, not just strategised about them.
You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just outputs.
Strong consumer instincts backed by data.
Experience with jobs-to-be-done or similar frameworks for understanding customer needs and purchase drivers.
Comfortable working in sprints and fast feedback loops – this isn’t a quarterly planning role.
Clear, concise communicator who can turn messy insight into a sharp brief or a convincing recommendation.
Curious about food trends and competitive dynamics.
Bonus if you’ve worked in or around aggregator marketplaces.
Analytical and numerate.
Expert level of English language.
Right to work in the UK.
