About the role
- SAP HCM & Payroll expert ensuring compliance with Belgian payroll regulations for NTT Data. Manage legal updates, configuration, and testing in SAP ECC Payroll system.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Belgian Payroll regulations
- Monitor updates from the Belgian government, unions, and tax authorities
- Translate legal requirements into functional and technical SAP specifications
- Perform complex configuration in SAP ECC Payroll and Personnel Administration
- Maintain and modify Belgian Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of mandatory Belgian reporting interfaces
- Lead the testing strategy for all legal changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC HCM, specifically module PY-BE (Belgian Payroll)
- Deep understanding of the Belgian Payroll Schema and processing classes
- Ability to write and debug Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
- Familiarity with Feature configuration
- Expert-level knowledge of Belgian Labor Law, including Holiday Pay (Single/Double), 13th Month, Eco-vouchers, thematic leaves, and company car taxation
