About the role

  • Legal Intern assisting HR initiatives ensuring legal compliance and engaging with staff at Sentinel Technologies. Support onboarding and developing job descriptions as part of the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives ensuring legal compliance while working on projects for the team
  • Be an integral part in developing and sharpening job descriptions
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Engage with internal staff and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, legal studies or related field
  • Pursuing Masters in Business, pursuing a legal degree or related field
  • Fundamental understanding of Human Resource principles is required
  • Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and tasks into easily digestible information
  • Clear and concise writing ability
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
