About the role

  • Analyst supporting legal operations and financial management at Localiza&Co. Involves data analysis, cost management, and collaboration with legal and financial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and financial support to the legal department;
  • Support cost monitoring and control;
  • Perform legal and financial data analysis;
  • Assist with budget management for the legal department;
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of cost management dashboards;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of governance and legal data analysis;
  • Prepare managerial presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Consolidate and analyze information from legal and financial systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation;
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint;
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
  • Previous experience in cost management, budgeting, or financial metrics;
  • Strong analytical and organized profile, with financial acumen and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills for interaction with legal and finance teams and partner law firms.
