About the role
- Legal Analyst responsible for corporate contract management, negotiation, and compliance at KFC Brazil. Involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal adherence.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts;
- Work with commercial contracts, service agreements, vendor contracts, technology agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDA), partnerships, franchise agreements, leases, and related corporate instruments;
- Support business areas in structuring contracts for new operations;
- Participate in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners;
- Ensure contractual compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
- Interface with external law firms and internal departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations;
- Support audits, due diligences, and regulatory requests related to contracts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in corporate advisory legal work with a strong focus on contracts;
- Experience negotiating contracts with internal stakeholders and third parties;
- Knowledge of civil, corporate, and consumer law, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus;
- Organized and able to manage multiple demands;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Good legal drafting skills;
- Proactive and solution-oriented profile;
- Good interpersonal communication.
