Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop support
Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment (direct or support-based)
Exposure to VMware or other virtualized environments is beneficial
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of wired and wireless network connectivity
Hands-on experience with end-user hardware support, including desktop and laptop break/fix, peripherals, imaging, and deployment
Understanding the process of onboarding and offboarding user accounts and equipment
Familiarity working with ticketing systems
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
