About the role

  • HR Officer focusing on payroll, managing employee compensation and administration at SelectLine Group in Germany. Collaborating within the HR team using Workday and modern tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll on schedule and transmit all payroll-relevant data to an external service provider.
  • Review and verify payroll runs for plausibility and act as the point of contact for employees on salary-related questions.
  • Manage personnel administration, from employment contracts and personnel files to tracking deadlines.
  • Administer the company pension scheme in accordance with the German Company Pensions Act (BetrAVG) and manage the benefits portfolio administratively.
  • Maintain employee data in Workday and produce HR reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in payroll/compensation with at least three years in a comparable role, preferably supported by appropriate training or certification.
  • Knowledge of social security, tax and labor law.
  • Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday or a comparable system.
  • Structured, meticulous working style and clear communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a confident manner when engaging with internal and external partners.
