About the role

- Timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Continuous optimization and further development of accounting processes
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing accounting teams
- Very good practical knowledge of accounting under German GAAP (HGB), basic knowledge of IFRS and a willingness to pursue further training; Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance-sheet accountant) or equivalent qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory
- High level of initiative, strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Business-fluent German and ideally good written and spoken English
