- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices for software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Managing software support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation to assist in knowledge transfer and effective software maintenance.
- Mentoring and nurturing the professional development of team members, setting performance objectives, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Continuously improving the team's efficiency and effectiveness by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a manager role.
- Expertise in Laravel/ PHP, React, and related technologies, including experience with SQL, user authentication, and software integration.
- Experience in scaling SaaS environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and other cloud native applications.
- Experience in Snowflake and Solr.
- Experience with DevOps platforms like Ansible/Chef/Opscode, systems management, build/artifact management, and deployment platforms.
- Proven experience managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex environments.
- Experience in AI enablement for internal and external processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
