About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the Group Communications team in executing effective media and public relations activities that strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Contribute to both proactive and reactive communication efforts, with a focus on drafting press materials, supporting crisis communication workflows, and managing media monitoring tools and reporting.
- Draft and edit press releases, Q&As, holding statements, and other media materials in both Swedish and English.
- Support the Press Officer in crisis communication situations, including preparing materials and coordinating responses.
- Monitor media coverage using our media monitoring tools, compile daily news summaries, and prepare regular reports and insights.
- Help maintain and update media lists and press contact databases.
- Coordinate translations and ensure consistency in messaging across languages and markets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Group Communications and other functions to ensure alignment and accuracy in external messaging.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in public relations, journalism, or corporate communications, preferably within an international corporate setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Swedish and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and basic analytics/reporting.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Interest in corporate communications, crisis management, and media relations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in handling confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
