About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct deep keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Manage metadata, header structures, internal linking, and image optimization across the site
- Monitor site(s) health, identify crawl errors, and audit page speed and mobile-friendliness in collaboration with developers
- Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity to turn data into actionable insights
- Review and edit web content for readability, keyword density, and SEO best practices
- Use UX principles to suggest layout changes that improve SEO-driven page conversions
- Create wireframes and mockups in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud to visualize SEO recommendations
- Ensure all SEO-driven content follows WCAG standards and displays perfectly across all devices
- Assist in identifying where search users drop off and propose UI improvements to increase "dwell time" and engagement
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Digital Design (internships or personal portfolios included)
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and how search engines crawl/index sites
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD with a good eye for clean, modern UI
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design decisions impact Core Web Vitals
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-experts.
