Responsibilities
Following up with customers via telephone and email to ensure accounts are settled in a timely manner
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Allocating receipts to customer accounts
Processing customer payments over the phone via our banking portal
Processing customer Direct Debits
Communicating with customers via telephone, email and post
Responding to customer queries and taking responsibility for their resolution
Invoicing customers for project and service works
Uploading invoices to customer portals where necessary
Getting involved in ad hoc finance projects as the business grows
Requirements
Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance environment (advantageous)
Confidence working with finance or ERP systems
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
