Responsibilities
Independently carry out the monthly payroll using DATEV
Ensure compliance with employment, social security and payroll tax regulations
Communicate with social security agencies, health insurance providers and authorities
Handle all personnel administration processes from onboarding to offboarding
Maintain and manage employee master data and ensure proper maintenance of personnel files
Draft, review and adapt employment contracts
Assess employment law issues
Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and site management on employment and social security law matters
Prepare regular HR reports and personnel-related KPIs
Ensure structured and audit-compliant HR documentation
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Solid professional experience in operational HR or HR administration
Strong knowledge of DATEV Payroll (Lohn & Gehalt)
Very good knowledge of employment law, social security law and payroll tax law
Experience with labor court proceedings is an advantage
Structured, independent and responsible working style
Discretion, reliability and clear communication
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
Very good MS Office skills
