Responsibilities
Active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships in the Rhine-Main area
Advising decision-makers from SMEs, industry, municipalities and property companies on security services and security concepts
Cross-selling in the field of facility management
Handling tenders, preparing proposals, cost calculations and presentations
Developing tailored security solutions together with operational decision-makers and prospects or existing clients
Market and competitor monitoring and identification of new opportunities
Sales reporting and documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Several years of sales experience in the security industry working in field sales
Knowledge of security services is essential (e.g., site protection, reception services, patrol services, etc.)
Confident negotiation skills and experience with tenders in the public and private sectors
Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and self-initiative
Willingness to travel within the Rhine-Main area
Driving license class B
