Requirements
Long experience working with Trading products within Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income or similar products.
Knowledge of Trading applications, Electronic trading, Fix-protocol, Exchange connectivity and similar is meriting**.
You combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise.
Knowledge within C++, GO, DevOps and CI/CD is meriting.
Solid experience in software development and solution design.
The ability to act as a Tech Lead when needed, guiding the team in technical decisions and ensuring architectural integrity.
Proven track record of leading in an efficient and agile way.
Willingness to constantly develop yourself, learn new things, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with external vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions.
A team player attitude and approach, thriving in high-performing teams and enjoying coaching and supporting your surroundings.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English, where you easily visualize your ideas and interact with stakeholders within both Business and IT.
