Responsibilities
- Je adviseert klanten dagelijks over alle aspecten van de tewerkstelling van personeel in een nationale context
- Je verleent praktijkgericht sociaal‑juridisch en HR‑gerelateerd advies aan grote en middelgrote ondernemingen
- Je begeleidt klanten o.a. bij arbeidsreglementering, ontslagen, beëindigingsovereenkomsten en sociaal overleg
- Je behandelt dossiers van A tot Z: je bereidt ze grondig voor, werkt ze uit en volgt ze op
- Je treedt op als een sterke strategische businesspartner voor klanten
- Je adviseert hen bij het uitwerken van duurzame tewerkstellingsoplossingen
Requirements
- Je hebt een afgeronde relevante masteropleiding in rechten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers, Excel en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel intern als in de contacten met klanten
- Je bent proactief en je bent iemand die graag praktisch te werk gaat en actief oplossingen zoekt
- Je bent flexibel en hebt goede plannings- en projectmanagementvaardigheden waarbij je in staat bent om meerdere taken binnen gestelde termijnen te behalen
