Conoscenza approfondita dei modelli di business e dei processi operativi delle compagnie di assicurazione.
Passione per l'innovazione tecnologica e competenza nelle tematiche Data, Analytics & AI.
Forte orientamento ai risultati, doti di negoziazione e visione strategica.
Padronanza della lingua inglese.
