Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assembly work on retail projects across France
- Ensure correct execution and supervision of hydraulic installations and systems
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction and assembly phases
- Manage and mentor the on-site assembly team
- Work closely with project management, clients, and subcontractors
- Document project progress and report to headquarters
- Troubleshoot and provide hands-on technical support on site
Requirements
- Completed training or proven expertise in hydraulics or site supervision
- Experience as an assembly supervisor, preferably in retail or construction environments
- Excellent French and either German or English; knowledge of the other language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently within France and potentially internationally
- Strong leadership and communication skills
