- Lead IT department of Schwarte Group, innovating solutions for sensitive liquid transport. Responsible for IT strategy, strategy execution and stability of IT systems in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Abteilung der Schwarte Group
- Operative Mitarbeit ("Hands-on") – von Infrastruktur-Themen bis zur Applikationsbetreuung
- Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb der IT-Systeme sowie die Umsetzung innovativer IT-Projekte
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und IT-Partner
- Budgetverantwortung sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
- Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder in allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur (EntraID, M365, Intune, Exchange Online, Hyper-V), IT-Sicherheit, ERP-Systeme (idealerweise proALPHA/ SAP), Veeam.
- Hands-on-Mentalität – Sie packen auch selbst operativ mit an
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke, unternehmerischem Denken und hoher Eigenmotivation
- Souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
