Responsibilities
Strategic leadership of the Cybersecurity Consulting team, including professional development and talent nurturing.
Advising our clients at the highest level on information and IT security strategies, the establishment and further development of ISMS, secure IT and cloud architectures, as well as governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, CRA, AI Act).
Managing projects, resources and budgets and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
Conducting workshops, audits, management reviews and awareness sessions.
Translating regulatory requirements into practical, measurable security processes, policies and controls.
Further developing our consulting framework and internal knowledge formats.
Maintaining and expanding client relationships at decision-maker level.
Active business development: identifying new clients, growing existing accounts and contributing to proposals and contract negotiations.
Revenue responsibility for the consulting portfolio in coordination with executive management.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in senior cybersecurity consulting or auditing (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, GRC).
Proven experience in client acquisition, business development or revenue responsibility.
Solid knowledge of modern IT technologies, security architectures and regulatory requirements.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Confident presence, analytical thinking and a strategic working style.
Very good German language skills (C1) and fluent English.
High self-motivation, strong communication skills and pronounced consulting competence.
Valid work permit for Germany.
