Responsibilities
You further develop the action plan for social sustainability and CSR and implement it to achieve the strategic objectives.
You design, manage and deliver social projects for different target groups, in particular under the umbrella of the Stiftung Schalke hilft! foundation.
You contribute to the strategic development of the Stiftung Schalke hilft!, for example in areas such as project portfolio, partnerships and fundraising.
You plan and organize match days and activity days (e.g. volunteering, diversity, inclusion).
You prepare and implement the social licensing requirements of the DFL sustainability guidelines.
You maintain networks, act as a representative and represent the club through lectures and professional contributions.
You collect and analyse relevant key performance indicators, prepare reports and presentations, and present results and communication materials in a clear and accessible way for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
You have at least three years of professional experience in CSR, social sustainability and/or foundation work and bring solid project management experience in social projects.
You present yourself confidently and authoritatively in public, whether in talks, networking events or when collaborating with stakeholders.
You are proficient in common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You strongly identify with the goals and values of FC Schalke 04.
You demonstrate organisational talent, a structured way of working, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
You are service-oriented, responsible and always act professionally, confidentially and with integrity.
