Responsibilities
Providing general and technical support to HR software users (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Korn Ferry, Strengthscope) via remote channels such as e-mail, ticketing systems, and MS Teams.
Maintaining general data within HR systems.
Preparing HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office 365.
Developing and maintaining process documentation.
Serving as the first point of contact for the competence center and other stakeholders.
Supporting colleagues through process guidance and training.
Participating in transition or implementation projects.
Identifying issues and consulting on alternative solutions with process owners and relevant stakeholders.
Acting as a point of contact for complex or escalated cases.
Driving process improvement initiatives.
Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks.
Requirements
Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment, or in technical support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (such as SAP or Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools.
Fluency in Polish with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and customer orientation.
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
