Responsibilities
Support contract negotiations, ensuring organized tracking and documentation of information.
Coordinate alignments with internal areas (sales, pricing, CBG and other partner teams).
Collect, organize and consolidate contractual information.
Map contractual allocation and assist in breaking down contract line items.
Support the preparation of commercial proposals.
Create, update and monitor records in the system (Odoo).
Upload quotes and negotiation details into the system within established deadlines.
Manage a high volume of contracts, ensuring control, quality and reliability of information.
Assist in the preparation of reports and in monitoring key indicators.
Contribute to continuous process improvement and reduction of rework.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or related fields.
Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, spreadsheet organization and control).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Comfortable working with operational systems and tools (differential: Odoo).
Previous experience in dynamic environments performing administrative, commercial or contract-related routines.
Experience organizing data, meeting deadlines and collaborating across departments.
