About the role

  • Providing administrative support as an Assistant at Scania's office in Cordilheira Alta, Brazil. Responsible for financial reporting, customer documentation, and HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Submit expense reimbursement reports and expense invoices, excluding sales;
  • Close the cash drawer;
  • Send service invoices and/or boletos (bank payment slips) to clients;
  • Collect outstanding receivables from clients;
  • Organize and gather documents required by clients for service delivery;
  • Perform basic registration of new clients;
  • Assist HR with hiring, contract formalization (homologation), and time-clock closure;
  • Collect all client registration documentation for subsequent submission to the credit department;
  • Prepare purchase requisitions;
  • Prepare various reports.

  • Undergraduate studies in progress
