Responsibilities
De volledige administratieve afhandeling doen van alle werkzaamheden uitgevoerd in de eigen werkplaatsen van Scania in België en Luxemburg
Opmaak van zowel interne als externe facturen alsook het afhandelen van garantie aanvragen
Nauw samenwerken met de Service Managers en Service Advisors van de betrokken werkplaatsen
De volledige werkorderflow monitoren en bijsturen waar nodig
Rapporteren aan de Supervisor
Requirements
Technisch-commercieel inzicht en ervaring binnen de automotive sector
Kennis van de gangbare IT systemen, software pakketten
Zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid
Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans is een must
