Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting SBS CyberSecurity’s event strategy
- Centralize the selection, coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s participation in tradeshows, conferences, and other external events
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target events and define objectives
- Manage event registration, deadlines, and compliance
- Coordinate logistics including promotional materials and product displays
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and event organizers
- Collect and organize leads generated at the event for the sales team
- Assist in coordinating post-event communications and analyze post-event reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, and resource utilization skills
- Demonstrated experience in logistics management, cost controls and project implementation
- Experience with CRM systems, event management software, Microsoft Suite, and analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
