Junior Communication and Content Analyst for a financial services company focusing on internal communication and engagement strategies for various channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication and engagement initiatives and campaigns;
Create, write, proofread and distribute content for internal channels (email, newsletters, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.);
Handle communication requests from different departments, ensuring SLAs and quality of deliverables;
Plan and support internal events, activations and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities, both in-person and virtual;
Support pre- and post-event communications, including invitations, announcements and corporate copy;
Create and adapt corporate content for different channels, including social media, ensuring clarity, conciseness and alignment with the company’s institutional tone;
Support the creation and maintenance of the editorial content calendar, with a focus on social media and corporate communications;
Prepare briefs for communication materials for designers, vendors and partners, monitoring deadlines and deliveries;
Support the organization, governance, version control and standardization of corporate content;
Monitor the results of communication actions and propose continuous improvements;
Work collaboratively with the company’s departments, contributing to message alignment and the dissemination of organizational culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
Excellent command of Portuguese (writing and proofreading);
Knowledge of best writing practices for different channels and audiences;
Experience with internal communication, production and distribution of corporate content;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Experience with corporate events and internal marketing (endomarketing) activities;
Experience in medium or large companies, B2B, financial institutions or regulated environments;
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma – basic adjustments);
Ability to support the creation or adaptation of simple communication pieces;
Knowledge of automation or digital communication tools.
