Responsibilities
Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls (80–100 calls per day) to prospective international students
Manage a roster of students, moving them efficiently through the admissions funnel via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone
Proactively follow up with students to ensure applications are completed, documents are submitted, and offers are accepted
Simplify the complex university application process for students
Track daily activity and conversion metrics to ensure weekly and monthly placement goals are met
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or high-volume business development role
Experience in educational consulting, international student recruitment, or university admissions (preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and persistent follow-up
Proficient with CRM tools, dialing software, and messaging platforms
