Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the “NorthStar” vision for marketing transformation
- Lead the strategy of next generation precision marketing by influencing and leveraging e2e digital capabilities
- Partner with GTMC, Brand Marketing, and Digital teams to build and align on interconnected Precision Marketing roadmaps
- Drive the selection of precision marketing solutions, ensuring deliveries are completed on time and within budget
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, technology innovations, and customer engagement models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, or marketing transformation in a complex, matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations
- Proven track record leading marketing strategy, personalization efforts, or precision media initiatives in a global organization
- Solid understanding of modern digital marketing in real life and related technologies (e.g., genAI content generation, MMX/MTA, journey orchestration, CDPs, marketing automation, etc.)
