Responsible for working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed
Greet new employees during their pre-boarding appointment
Manage scheduling of interviews by working directly with candidates and interviewers
Review job profile against job requisition and candidate qualifications for compliance
Conduct primary source verification of license, registration, certification, and credentialing requirements
Requirements
Associate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferred
Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learn
