- Ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and practices within projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- A PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the banking industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Experience managing projects using Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
