Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to remove security as a blocker by speaking directly to CISOs, CIOs, and CAIOs, aligning Salesforce’s Trust Layer with their strategic risk appetite.
Lead the conversation on the safe adoption of Agentforce. Educate customers on prompt defense, data grounding, and how our "Trust Layer" prevents data leakage and toxicity in autonomous AI agents.
Architect solutions that address complex data residency, discovery, and classification requirements, ensuring customers maintain full control over their metadata and sensitive information.
Apply deep knowledge of global regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42000, SOC2) to validate Salesforce's compliance posture in the context of generative AI.
Develop and deliver high-fidelity technical demonstrations, often using configuration or light coding, to showcase Data security, DLP and SSPM.
Work closely with Salesforce Technology & Product Engineering teams to feed back customer requirements, influencing the roadmap for future security and AI governance features.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a technical presales or security architecture role, with a proven track record of selling to the C-suite.
Active Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or SANS/GIAC).
Strong understanding of the AI Life Cycle, including LLM security, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and the ethical implications of autonomous agents.
Mastery of data privacy laws and security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC, FedRAMP).
Deep familiarity with cloud-native architectures (SaaS/PaaS), API security, OIDC/SAML, cryptography, and relational database security.
Exceptional ability to "translate" deep technical risks into business-level impact for non-technical executives.
Ability to travel within the AMER region as required by account needs.
