Responsibilities

Requirements
7+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
Proven ability to own and drive strategic projects end-to-end with measurable business impact
Experience with Agentforce or similar agentic platforms
Advanced stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution excellence - ability to "zoom" between big picture strategy and granular implementation details
Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environment with incomplete information
