Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize results with a focus on CPL, ROAS and generation of actionable HRs
Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure achievement of established goals and KPIs
Prepare recurring performance reports, identifying optimization opportunities and presenting analyses and results to the team and stakeholders
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring that generated traffic converts into qualified leads and, ultimately, sales
Manage, allocate and optimize the paid media budget to ensure the best return on ad spend (ROAS)
Implement and manage A/B tests across campaigns, creatives and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvements
Explore new channels and paid media opportunities to expand campaign reach and efficiency
Ensure correct flow of leads and information between systems, guaranteeing integration between media platforms, CRM and marketing tools.
Requirements
Previous experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experience in performance data analysis or related roles
Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems
Analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize data
