Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst supporting Material Cost Management at Northrop Grumman. Assist with Earned Value Management System implementation and financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance and guidance to support the implementation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs).
Ensure compliance to DOD EVMS guidelines and the Autonomous Systems Division EVM System.
Prepare month-end reports; develop and review EAC's;
Incorporate changes into the EVMS system in order to maintain Major Subcontract/GP cost and schedule baselines.
Assist CAMs for EVMS activities including: WBS alignment, time phasing of the tasks, developing and documenting earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, estimate to complete analysis and updates, and variance analysis research and reporting.
Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or industry related fields.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Must have experience with Group Pegging and Distribution (GPD).
Must have experience with Business Systems (SAP/Cobra).
