- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) through due diligence, purchase price allocation, and post-merger integration.
- Evaluate equity/liability instruments, stock-based compensation (ASC 718), and lease agreements (ASC 842).
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
